Unless specifically stated, ANU College of Law:

1. intends to run the program as advertised but reserves the right to change the program for this short course without notice
2. will refund fees for withdrawals notified up to 10 days before the short course begins, but will not refund fees for withdrawals notified later
3. reserves the right to decline registrations where numbers exceed capacity
4. reserves the right to cancel the course due to insufficient numbers.
