Professional Development Courses

ANU College of Law has a depth of legal knowledge and the educational capability to provide relevant and accessible training. The College is distinguished from non-university training providers in that students may have the opportunity to articulate to ANU academic awards.

Where our courses are relevant to your immediate or long term professional development needs, they will count towards meeting the ACT Law Society's Mandatory Continuing Professional Development (MCPD) requirements for practising certificates. Read more about MCPD requirements on the ACT Law Society website.

Specialised short courses

ANU College of Law offers specialised professional short courses tailored to meet your training and professional development requirements.

These courses have been created and delivered for a number of Public Sector and Private Sector clients, including several national law firms and federal government departments.  The ANU College of Law is currently on the Australian Public Service Commission Leadership, Learning and Development Panel to provide training for the Australian Public Service.
