Programs of study

We offer Masters level programs for law graduates, and for graduates of other disciplines. Within either of these choices, we also offer significant opportunities to specialise.

For law graduates

Law graduates must hold an Australian Bachelor of Laws degree, JD or equivalent. A strong pass degree or better is normally required for admission.

For non-law graduates

Non-law graduates must hold at least a three-year Australian Bachelors degree or equivalent. A strong pass degree or better is normally required for admission.  Applicants who do not hold a bachelors degree but who have relevant experience may be considered for admission however there are additional entry requirements. Please contact the Program Administrator for further information.
