All courses
The Masters Program offers an extensive range of courses. Not all courses are offered each year, some are offered every alternate year or otherwise.
For a list of courses and their descriptions please see ANU Study@
All courses are worth 6 units except for the Graduate Research Units (12 units). This means that most students need to complete eight courses for a LLM or specialised masters program.
Course delivery
Most courses are taught intensively over periods of three to eight days. Courses not offered intensively are taught in weekly evening classes over a period of four to six weeks. We also offer some courses online.
The timetabling of courses is specifically designed to accommodate students who have full-time work commitments, who need to travel from interstate, or who need to study part-time.
Most intensives are held in Canberra at the ANU campus. In 2012 two Environmental Law courses will be conducted in Melbourne, and a Legal Practice course will be offered in Sydney.
