Payment – what to do with your time sheet
- Blank timesheets are available from the HR Unit website. The timesheet may be photocopied or scanned.
- Complete the time sheet, sign and date (hours claimed should be in decimal format to the nearest ¼ hour – eg 2.25 hours for 2 ¼ hours work).
- Forward the time sheet to the Legal Workshop by fax or email:

Your instructor will then be contacted and requested to approve the hours claimed. It will then be signed by the Director/Associate Director and forwarded to the HR Unit for payment.
Timesheet submission dates
The timesheet submission dates can be found here. Please note that you are only paid for the hours of work completed up until submission date.
Payslips and where to find them
You can access your latest and previous payslips by logging into the HR Online Remote User Service (HORUS)
You will need to log in with your university ID and password. If you are unsure of your password please contact the IT&C Unit.
How to change your details
You can update your banking details online via HORUS.
Alternatively, please forward a completed bank account/financial distribution details form to the ANU College of Law HR Unit.
Personal particulars and emergency contacts
You can update your personal details (eg home address, phone numbers) and emergency contacts online via HORUS.
Alternatively, please forward a completed personal particulars form to the ANU College of Law HR Unit.
